Hello lovely! Welcome to Monday, and to some amazing wedding inspiration with a sustainable vibe from lovely Mercedes at 4YaParty Weddings & Events. We are in LOVE with the flowers, the stunning cake, the cute-as-can be couple and the elegant styling touches. Oh, and including sustainable styling from cruelty free make up to home grown flowers is a MUST! Even the wedding outfits are pre-loved!

Enjoy this beauty of a shoot both here and on our insta. Over to Mercedes to explain how it all came together!

Lush greenery, glorious styling touches and a joyful vibe from this styled editorial at Gunnersbury Park Orangery. The cake is divine; the styling touches just perfect for the occasion. This epic shoot has everything to inspire your botanical wedding, and we love it even more for having two brides! (More like this please! And I’d love to see some two grooms weddings/shoots too!) A huge team was involved in this shoot, and the fabulous images have completely knocked our socks off here at English Wedding HQ. Thank you to lovely English Wedding member Genevieve at Queen Bea Photography for such a stunning submission – and wow, what a way to begin the week! “english

Escapism has been a huge part of the blog this year – and it doesn’t come better than this. Jaw droppingly beautiful dresses and dreamy florals, daringly different styling touches and a wintry aesthetic…. I ADORE this shoot! For wedding inspiration with an alternative twist, keep on scrolling and prepare to fall in love! Huge thanks to lovely Clare at Clementine Moon for sending this our way. Images are by lovely Hannah Barnes Photography, and there’s a full supplier list for you below.

With love,

Can I talk about stadiums, and then weddings? In fact, do I need to say any more?! Surely – surely if we’re looking at letting sports fans gather in their thousands, the news for weddings from spring 2021 will be encouraging. I am desperately hoping for all of you to be able to celebrate, even if that means smaller celebrations than normal, or using outside spaces, or social distancing from vulnerable relatives. Weddings WILL happen again – and this styled photoshoot is here to provide a little inspiration for when they do!
